Does Emptying the Recycle Bin Deletes Data Permanently on Windows ???
Answer : NO.
First of all, know that when deleting a file, we are not actually deleting the file, We are merely erasing a reference to the file in the Master File Table (MFT). This means that the data can be recovered simply by looking at the drive's data part.
In Simple its like removing the Index Page Only from a book not the pages.
So what to do ???
Check Internet for "secure file delete" and either buy some software or find a freeware version. A good option would be Ereaser Software.
